Janus International Group has been serving the commercial sheet door market and self-storage industry since 2002. However, the experienced team at Janus has been involved in the profession for more than 100 years. Founded by President David Curtis, he had the vision of bringing to market the 3rd Generation door system, which incorporates the maintenance-free dead axle design which has set the bar for superior door manufacturing. Understanding that continued business means more than good door design, Curtis has assembled experienced customer service personnel, innovative estimators and a knowledgeable sales and production team to offer a full-service experience to each and every customer.
Janus International: The industry’s Leading Roll Up Door Manufacturer Creating Customized Self-Storage Solutions for Today’s Facility Owner
Janus International Group, LLC is a roll up door manufacturer specializing in custom self storage solutions, beginning with the production of its industry-leading 3rd Generation industrial sheet roll-up doors and extending to facility components as well as self-sustaining hallway systems.
Like its namesake Janus, the Roman God of gates and doors, Janus International represents the industry standard of quality and security as a roll up door manufacturer with unmatched commitment to its customers. From the initial product design and installation to its trusted warranties of all installed products, Janus International’s customized self storage solutions are the best option for today’s facility owner.
By using its special maintenance-free dead axle assembly, Janus sets the bar high for the rest of the industry to reach in quality door manufacturing. Its design uses fewer materials, making its doors more efficient to manufacture and faster to install, resulting in savings that is passed on to customers.
This, along with its exceptional customer service, attention to detail and innovation as a roll up door manufacturer make Janus International the obvious choice for your doors and other customized self-storage solutions, including the enhancement of our self-supporting hallway system, which increases the back bracing and incorporates cross tubes into the swings, giving them more strength and integrity. Additionally, Janus offers a hallway protection package that keeps hallways safer and more resilient to daily wear and use.
Founded in 2002 by President David Curtis, the Janus International executive team has more than 100 years of experience in the industry and understands that good business means more than simply good design. Its customer service representatives, estimators, sales and production teams exemplify the ingenuity and high standards needed to bring the most innovative self-storage products to market and help today’s facility owner in providing the very best to their own customers.
Janus offers a complete line of products, ranging from roll-up doors to hallway systems and custom fabricated items. In addition, we offer variation in our products, including Florida and coastal wind load requirements as well as insulated doors.
Our employees strive to offer the highest level of customer service along with value-added programs, such as providing shop drawings, detailed unit mix design and expert advice on your door or storage projects.
Our team of experts will provide written proposals/quotes and shop drawings within 10 – 14 business days.
Janus has assembled the finest industry professionals, who have more than 100 years of experience in the door manufacturing industry. From estimators, sales staff, order entry and accounts payable, rest assured you’ll experience the Janus Advantage in our customer service.
At Janus, we manufacture every door with the highest grade of materials available and an unparalleled level of workmanship. We have built strong vendor relationships, which allows us to remain competitive and pass the savings on to you, the customer.
Since our product is a non-structural and self supporting system, it is very adaptable to any configured unit mix.
Janus International is the only manufacturer currently offering Third Generation doors, the most reliable, durable offering on the market. Dead axle design, harder steel, a tension adjust, radial ball bearings and superior paint processes are all standard features, not upgrades, with Janus.
Janus avoids drum wheel dents and other damage by not stacking our mini doors during shipping. We individually suspend them in crates, which relieves pressure and helps assure your doors arrive in installation-ready form.
Our doors are equipped with hemmed edges on components and tubular bracing on swing doors for maximum safety.
Ease of installation
Our mini doors are shipped with the latch factory installed and the brackets pre-assembled to save time and money. In fact, self storage doors can be installed in less than three minutes!
Products that last
Doors must withstand a great deal of wear and tear, and replacing them is costly and time-consuming. Janus doors are constructed of grade 80 steel, which effectively combats the dents and damage you’ll find with other manufacturers.
That’s the Janus advantage.
