Accessing the smart storage unit is simple and intuitive, but here are a few tips to help.

    To check other settings:

    • Make sure Bluetooth is turned on in your phone’s settings. If you have an iPhone, there are two places to enable Bluetooth: In Settings under Bluetooth, or by going to Settings and scrolling down to the Storage Smart Entry mobile app and turning Bluetooth on there.
    • Make sure Location Services is turned on in your phone’s settings. (Android Only)
    • If accessing an elevator, make sure to click on the icon in the app before selecting the floor on the elevator.
