Logging in to the Web Portal and Mobile App

Access Your Facility Management Tools with Ease

Overview

The Nokē Smart Entry (NSE) system includes both the Web Portal and the Nokē Storage Smart Entry mobile app. The mobile app is a condensed version of the Web Portal, allowing for easy access to key features on the go. Your login credentials for both the Web Portal and the mobile app are the same. Most facility managers and employees will log in using their email address and password.

Logging in to the Web Portal
Before you can log in, you'll need your 6-digit activation code, which you should have received via text or email. If you haven't received the activation code, please contact your manager for further instructions.

Follow these steps to log in:

1. Navigate to the Web Portal Login page:

   • Click this link to open the Web Portal login page.

2. Enter your login credentials:

   • Click on the Phone or Email icon.
   • Type in your account login credentials (email or phone number).

3. Continue to the next step:

   • Click the right arrow to proceed.

4. Enter your 6-digit activation code:

   • Type in the activation code you received.
   • Click the right arrow to continue.

5. Activate your password:

   • If the activation code has expired (codes are valid for 24 hours), click Forgot Password? to receive a new code via email or text.
   • Create a new password and confirm it.

6. Complete the login process:

   • After setting your new password, your email address or phone number and the new password you created will serve as your login credentials for both the Web Portal and the Mobile App.

Once you've followed these steps, you'll be able to access both the Web Portal and the Mobile App using the same login credentials. If you experience any issues or need further assistance, don't hesitate to reach out to your manager.
