Introducing the Enterprise Dashboard: Your Centralized Hub for Multi-Facility Management

The Enterprise Dashboard serves as a centralized hub, providing users with an at-a-glance overview of all facilities under their purview. With a single glance, users can access vital information, including notifications, suspicious activity reports, and a powerful cross-facility search functionality.

With the Enterprise Dashboard, managing multiple facilities has never been easier. Whether you're a district manager overseeing numerous locations or a facility manager responsible for a network of sites, this feature provides the tools you need to optimize operations and maintain security across your entire portfolio.

This new feature is accessible to employees with access to multiple facilities (at least 2).

Facility Overview:

The 'My Facilities' section of the Enterprise Dashboard provides a comprehensive list of the facilities accessible to you. For each facility listed, you'll find valuable information including the count of Low Battery Units and the number of units currently in an Open status. Clicking on each of these facilities will log you into that specific facility's Web Portal. 

Search:

The 'Search' section of the Enterprise Dashboard grants access to a comprehensive global search feature that spans across all your facilities. This robust search feature scans for user names or email addresses that match your input search criteria

 

Notifications:

In the 'Notifications' section, your notifications are conveniently organized and separated by facility. Clicking on each facility will reveal a dropdown containing individual notifications. You have the option to clear each notification individually, which will remove them from both your Enterprise Dashboard and your notifications center when logged into that facility. Alternatively, clicking the 'Clear All' button will remove all notifications at once, providing you with a clean slate.

 

Suspicious Activity:

Lastly, in the 'Suspicious Activity' section, you'll find a comprehensive overview organized and separated by facility. Each facility listed can be clicked on to reveal a dropdown menu containing individual activity events. Although labeled as 'Suspicious Activity,' these events encompass a wide range of occurrences at your facility that may warrant further investigation or monitoring. These activities may stem from tenant misunderstandings or innocent errors, but they could also indicate more concerning behavior.

The events captured here mirror those found in the 'Reports' section of the Advanced Web Portal and include:

• Out of Zone Attempt: Tenants attempting to access an entry outside their designated zone(s).
• Did Not Go To Unit: Tenants entering the facility but not proceeding to their assigned unit within 15 minutes.
• Overlock Attempts: Tenants trying to access an entry while their unit is in Overlock status.
• Late Night Access: Tenants entering the facility after 10 PM.
• Did Not Leave Facility: Tenants locking their unit but failing to exit through the gate entry within 10 minutes. (Only available if a facility has an Exit Gate setup)
• Multiple Entries: Tenants repeatedly opening an entry gate without proceeding to their assigned unit or exiting through an exit gate.

 

Clicking the Enterprise Dashboard icon in the top right corner of the Web Portal takes you back to the Enterprise Dashboard at any time.
