Renaming a Unit
Unit names are typically assigned during the Nokē Smart Entry system installation. Renaming a unit is uncommon but might be necessary, such as when two units are combined into one.
⚠️ Important: Ensure the unit name is updated in both the NSE system and your Property Management System (PMS) to maintain accurate records.
Steps to Rename a Unit

Access the Unit in the NSE Web Portal:
- From the Home page, navigate to the Units tab.
- Locate and click on the unit you want to rename.

Edit the Unit Name:
- In the Unit form, click the gear icon to edit the unit.
- Click the Name field and enter the new name.

Save the Changes:
- Click Save Changes.
- Confirm the changes by clicking Save Changes again.

Update Your PMS:
- Ensure the unit's new name matches your PMS.

Notify Nokē Support:
- Call Nokē Support at 833-257-0240 to confirm the name change was successfully updated across all systems.
