Replacing a Unit Controller on a Unit
Replacing a unit controller is a straightforward process that can be completed through the manager's mobile app. This functionality is only available for Nokē Volt devices and cannot be done through the Web Portal.
Steps to Replace a Unit Controller:

Log in to the Manager's Mobile App: Open the Nokē Smart Entry manager’s mobile app and sign in using your credentials.

Navigate to the Units Section: Tap the Units icon (second from the left) on the app's home screen to access your list of units.

Find the Unit: Scroll through the list or use the search function to find the unit where you need to replace the controller.

Select the Unit: Tap on the unit to open the unit details page.

Choose Replace Unit Controller: Once on the unit’s details page, tap the Replace Unit Controller option to begin the replacement process.

Wake the Unit Controller: If the unit controller is not active, wake it up. You can do this by selecting the device or tapping Scan QR Code to use your phone’s camera to scan the QR code on the controller.

Enter Device Information: Fill out the required information for the new unit controller. This may include details like device ID, serial number, or other relevant identifiers.

Save Changes: Once all the information is filled in, tap Save to complete the replacement process.
After following these steps, the unit will be successfully replaced with the new unit controller, ensuring smooth functionality moving forward.
