How to Request a New Feature or Improvement

At Nokē Smart Entry, we are committed to continually improving our system, and we value your feedback. Your suggestions help us make the product better, ensuring it meets your needs and the evolving demands of your business. Whether you have an idea for a new feature or a suggestion for improving the system, we want to hear from you. We take every request seriously and review them carefully as part of our development process.

Steps to Request a Feature or Improvement:

  • Log in to the Web Portal using your account credentials.
  • Navigate to the 'Help' tab in the main navigation menu.
  • Click on 'Suggest Improvement'.
  • Fill out the suggestion form, providing as much detail as possible about your request.
  • Once complete, click 'Submit'.

After submission, your request is sent directly to our product team, who reviews each suggestion individually. While we can't guarantee immediate implementation, every request is considered as we strive to enhance the Nokē Smart Entry system.
