Sharing Unit Access while in Overlocked Status

What happens when a unit is in overlocked status and the tenant shares their unit

When a unit is in Overlocked status, access to the unit is denied for all employees, tenants, and shares.
Anyone with whom the user previously shared access to their unit will also be denied entry. Also, although users who rent a unit in overlocked status can still share their unit with new users while in Overlocked status, these new shares will be denied access until the unit is brought back into good standing.
