Sharing Unit Access While in Overlocked Status

What happens when a unit is in overlocked status and the tenant shares their unit

Sharing Unit Access While in Overlocked Status:

When a unit is in Overlocked status, access is restricted for all users, including employees, tenants, and anyone with whom the tenant previously shared access.

Key Points to Remember:

  1. Restricted Access for Existing Shares:

    • Users who were previously granted shared access to the unit will also be denied entry.
  2. Sharing with New Users:

    • Tenants can still share their unit with new users while the unit is in Overlocked status.
    • Important: These new shares will not have access to the unit until it is returned to good standing.

This ensures that Overlocked units remain secure until the issue is resolved.
